Welcome to the Summit-Short Hills edition of Macaroni Kid covering events and activities in and around Summit, Short Hills, Millburn, Chatham and New Providence, NJ. I am honored to be covering my hometown of Millburn. Over the past years I have ventured into the communities I am covering and now I feel as if all of these communities are my home. There are many days that I spend more time in Summit than I do in Millburn. With such wonderful park systems, libraries, shopping, mom's groups and newcomer clubs, it is hard not to be busy.

It all started with two old friends sharing a good meal and a great bottle of wine. From that conversation, Macaroni Kid was born and Joyce and Nicki started publishing a weekly newsletter giving moms and dads the scoop on all the weekly events in their community. From there it’s grown to dozens of other communities across the Country.
